Local officials in the Town of Eagle (Wisconsin) have invested a lot of time and energy in posting prior development applications on their site. In fact, they now have posted more than 1,600 development applications online, some of these are from three decades ago. Up until now those file folders were 'archived' in file cabinets in the back room.
